International Brand Adidas Design Padel Court in China

The international Adidas Super Panoramic Padel Courts consists of 12 reinforced columns forming a stable structural core. 18 pieces of tempered glass made of special material form a conjoined wall, and the strength of the glass itself can provide great support. The upper and lower beams of the glass area are composed of 100*50*3mm hot-dip galvanized square tupes. The surface of the steel pipe is coated with epoxy polyester resin and then baked in a high-temperature furnace of 180-220 degrees. All accessories and screws are made of 304 stainless steel, it can not rust for life, It is strong and does not deform, the crafts has a beautiful appearance.

All our steel pipes have been derusted, polished, finely ground, and shot blasted.then We use advanced high-tech spraying production lines. The first step: all steel pipes enter the high-temperature furnace for surface dust removal and drying of surface moisture. The second step: use high-quality outdoor special powder for classic powder spraying, and use automated manipulators to spray to make the surface plastic. The powder coating is even and smooth. After being baked at a high temperature of 180-220 degrees, the surface powder adsorption force is stronger, and the outdoor service life is more than 15 years.
