Hot-dip galvanized steel pipes come from the top 50 brand factories in China. They are of standard size and have passed the testing and certification of the China Steel Industry Association.

The thickness of hot-dip galvanized steel pipe is 3 mm. The national industry standard for galvanized layer thickness is more than 55um. The thickness of the hot-dip galvanized layer of our steel pipe is 75um. Exceeds industry standards and can anti-corrosion and Anti-rust for outdoor use for more than 10 years.

The 4 corner columns are composed of 100*100*3 mm, which can meet the requirements of outdoor wind load resistance.

Polishing-rust removal-shot blasting-zinc powder base treatment-high quality thermal powder spraying.

    Our artificial turf is produced according to Mondo's technical standards and requirements.

     Manufacturing process: Tufting, Yarn Material: 100% PE monofilament Anti-UV Curly fiber, Yarn (Dtex): 8600dtex, Primary Backing Cloth:Fleeced backing with PET yarn reinforced + PP Anti-UV backing. 

     Backing Coating:  Polyurerthane (PU) appr. 700 g/m²  .  Height 12mm, Stitch Density: 46200 stitches/m² , Gauge: 3/16inch ,

       7. Quartz Sand: Color: white, 80-100 mesh, each Paddle Tennis Court needs about 980 Kgs quartz sand, the quartz sand must be washed with water and then dried in the sun.
