Padel is a new sport, but it has developed rapidly around the world in recent years. Asian countries touch the paddle tennis relatively late.
Japan was the first in Asia to introduce padel In 2013, Singapore introduced paddle tennis in 2014, China in 2016, India in 2017, and Thailand in 2020.
As these new sports became more and more popular in Asia, the Asia Pacific Padel Tour was established.
