FIP Padel Court with Roof From China Factory

In order to solve the problem of customers' padel courts to avoid rain and snow interference, China  Young Padel  developed and produced

this padel court with a roof. At the same time, the outdoor structural safety of the Padel Court Canopy must be considered.

Our professional architectural architects designed a professional structural frame, reaching the structural standards of outdoor wind resistance

and snow pressure resistance. Different from other normal roofs, according to the official standards of the World Padel Tour and FIP,

the height of the roof can not be less than 8.5 meters, because  height of padel canopy lower than 8.5 meters does not meet the requirements for

padel tennis playing and competition.

According to the standards of the World Padel Tour and FIB, and combined with the beauty of the roof, we designed this curved roof padel tennis court

with a more beautiful appearance and stronger and safer structure. The lowest point of the cover is 7 meters high. In order to enhance the strength

of the roof columns, we use a complete 7-meter-high steel pipe to avoid two columns spliced together.

The height of the curved padel cover top is 8.5 meters. Give players more height space when playing.

The membrane structure material of the ceiling is very important.

Membrane cloth: The top cloth is made of double-sided PVC coated knife scraping cloth. The top cloth is made of 750g/m2 anti-light transmission.

The surrounding cloth is made of 750g/m2. The surface is treated with acrylic and has a surface self-cleaning function , waterproof, fireproof

and flame retardant. Complies with China's B2 flame retardant standards. Tensile strength: 3553/2939, peel strength: 462/348N.

The PVC film of the ceiling is pulled down to the glass position to semi-enclose the ceiling. According to customer needs,

we can fully surround the ceiling to give the padel court an indoor environment to avoid the impact of rain and snow.

At the same time, the air conditioner can be turned on inside the padel roof to provide a comfortable and clean environment for Padel tennis players.

The frame structure of the padel canopy is made of high-strength special aluminum material, 6061-T6.

Roof beams: 203*112*4mm Load-bearing columns: 203*112*4mm,

Trabeculum: 60*60*2.0mm, cloth hanging rod: 80*100*2.3mm.
