Single WSF Glass Squash Court China Manufacturers

We are a professional Squash Court manufacturer in China. We designed and produced all-glass squash courts in 2018.

It meets the WSF size and rule standards.

All-glass singles squash court (international standard WSF competition venue)

Singles Court Size is 6.4 meters wide, 9.75 meters long, 4.57 meters high in the front, 2.13 meters high in the back, 5-6 meters high in the ceiling, 0.48 meters high in the castanets, 1.83 meters high in the front serving line, 4.26 meters from the ground serving line to the back wall, and the half-court line divides the ground serving line and the back wall from the center to the left and right. The serving area is 1.6 meters square.

(I)  Glass Wall System:

1. The panoramic glass squash court uses special 12mm high-quality tempered glass connected with hardware, combining safety and beauty.
2. The important thing is that it can be quickly installed and disassembled. The glass surface is treated with imported materials for single-transparency.
3. The four corners and edges of the glass are all finely ground. Tempered glass has passed 3C and CE certification. Safe and reliable.

2. In order to improve the rebound effect of the ball, the largest specification raw materials are used as much as possible for each panel of the wall glass.

This design can achieve an average rebound force for each point of the wall throughout the court, and the sports can be fully exerted in the game.

(II) Sports Floor System:

Material performance: imported Russian maple. Finished assembled sports wooden floor, the three layers of wooden floor are processed and assembled before leaving the factory, and the lines are drawn. It is convenient and simple for customers to install.

The first layer: Russian imported maple, 1800*72*22 mm thick, rough surface treatment, environmentally friendly water-based paint coating, non-slip.

The second layer: shock-absorbing multi-layer wood board 2440*1220*15 mm thick, the third layer LVL wooden keel 40*50 mm,

the fourth layer: rubber shock-absorbing pad 20 mm thick.

1. Good rebound performance for the ball, shock absorption, earthquake resistance; good sound insulation effect. The multi-layer wooden floor will not deform or crack for a long time.

4. The unique elastic cushion provides the hard maple floor with unique elasticity and withstands heavy pressure, reducing the chance of athletes being injured by bouncing on the floor.

5. The squash sports wooden floor is designed according to the standards of the World Squash Federation (WSF). Different colors of products can be provided as needed. The surface of the wooden floor can absorb sweat and is easy to maintain.

(III)   High-Strength Hardware Accessories:

Specially customized all-aluminum hardware links, 1 cm thick, with a surface hardness of 16HW. It has the advantages of high strength, light weight, no rust, beautiful appearance, easy installation, and fine processing.

 Reasonable structure: All structures of the glass back wall system are made of 12mm thick safety tempered glass; all edges are polished;

the joints between the glass are supported by protective pads.
